Later in 2022, Minnesota governor Tim Walz made some modifications to this act, including:

·         Hemp-derived delta-8 THC products containing more than 0.3% Tetrahydrocannabinol are illegal.

·         Edibles must contain5 mg of hemp-derived THC per serving and 50 mg per package. Edibles with more than the mentioned potency are illegal.  

·         People over 21 can buy hemp-derived delta 8 products.

Marijuana-Derived Delta 8 THC Products:
